1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

2. Services

Next Level Digitals provides digital design, web development, branding, and SEO/SEM services on a subscription or project basis. The scope of work will be outlined in your chosen plan or as agreed in writing with our team.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

All subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
All payments are non-refundable once services have started.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Revisions & Deliverables

Subscription plans include unlimited revisions within the defined scope of work.
Deliverables are typically provided within 1–3 U.S. business days depending on complexity.
Requests outside of the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project details, brand assets, and feedback promptly.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold rights to any content they supply (e.g., logos, images, copy).
Delays in providing necessary input may extend project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Final, approved deliverables become the property of the client once full payment is received.
We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Draft concepts, unused revisions, and working files remain the property of Next Level Digitals.

7. Confidentiality

We will not disclose or use any confidential information provided by clients except as required to perform services.

8. Change of Mind & Refund Policy

If a client changes their mind after services have begun, Next Level Digitals is not responsible for such changes.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided for any portion of fees already paid.
Clients are encouraged to carefully review their chosen plan and service requirements before subscribing.

9. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to deliver quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, or traffic growth.
To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Next Level Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

10. Termination

Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time with written notice.
We may suspend or terminate services if Terms are violated or payments are not received.
Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California
